Login Problems

If you are having problems logging into Reign Of Blood, follow the below steps. After exhausting the help on this page, you can reset your password here, or email support [at] reignofblood.net for further assistance. You must email from the email account you used to create your Reign Of Blood account.

Regular Login

You can enter your game ID or your email address to login.
The system will know which one you are trying to use.

The game will not tell you what is specifically wrong with your login information for security reasons. If you're having trouble logging in, here is a few things to try (as obvious as some may sound).

1) Make sure you have filled in both the ID/email and password fields. It's common, especially on mobile devices, for them to be wiped before you hit login.
2) If you created your account through Facebook, use the Facebook login not the regular one (see below). 3) You may have selected a password in different cases than you remember. Trying typing it all in lower case, or a common technique is the first letter being a capital letter.

If you all that fails and you have forgotten your password, then you can request a new one by visiting the password recovery page.

Facebook Login

Have you changed your Facebook email recently? A Facebook email change could interrupt your Reign Of Blood account. If this is true, then contact us on the email above.

If you are still having issues with the Facebook login. The most common problem is you could have changed your privacy settings on Facebook to not allow us to access your email. As this cannot be edited, go to your Facebook privacy settings, choose "apps and websites" and delete "Reign Of Blood - Vampire Game" from your app list (this will not delete your account here). Then login with Facebook again allowing all the default permissions.
