Unfortunately sad thing is jobs aren't like they used to be. Initially my daughter just wanted to do the reserves and I was like no ma'am If you're going to commit you might as well get more benefits out of it cuz you're still stuck. And she's wanted to enlist since about 8th grade so I am sure that's not changing. |

Best I can tell you is just encourage him. I have one that wants to enlist in the air force when she graduates. And my youngest isn't either a cop or EMT, but she's just a freshman |
