hearts intertwine and spirits ascend.
We'll blend the colors until we see spring's glee,
laughter dances in the warm, golden light,
till it will shade the corners of a moonlit sea,
our lovers' whispers echo through the night.
With strokes of embers against a black sly, we'll craft a sonnet,
stories lost in the labyrinth ,
with the crimson of the setting sun, we'll get,
a canvas bathed in hope, free of any clouds.
Tales of heroes, of battles unseen,
love that conquered the darkest of days,
whispers of trees, the dance of a stream,
inside every brushstroke, we'll live and we'll dream.

The radiance is returning, just barely, on this, our second winter solstice [i]together[/i]. Remember last year, how sharp the edges were, [i]how the cold seemed to live in my bones[/i]?
You built a shelter then, for me, strong things made of kindness and shared blankets, the fort of my heart, bruised and murk, could fall into a lull.
As the long night holds us, and the outside world feels distant, not so scary, or unsure. for now?
[b] I only need the warmth of your hand in mine.[/b] That simple pressure is the promise.
We don't need the constant noise of proof: no daily letters, no mandated conversations to know what is[u] true between us.[/u] The rhythm of our living is its own vow,
our ongoing, natural connection is our unspoken attestation of dedication.
The thought of an ending is[i] an absurd[/i] thought, unreal lines of poetry we will never write. We are here, in the easy, chosen light. [u]We always make it work.[/u] Despite,
