I Am New - How Do I Start?

Getting started is free and takes less than a minute. Create your free vampire character here and you will be playing straight away. No download is required - Reign Of Blood runs entirely in your browser.

I Need Help With The Game

Once you are logged in, the Help tab in the top navigation gives you access to our in-game help system. This includes an online chat assistant available 24/7 that can answer questions using our extensive FAQ and help files. On mobile, the help section is available from the main homepage. If you need further assistance beyond what the automated system can provide, the Help page also gives you the option to submit a question directly to our help staff, who will reply with a personal answer.

I Have Forgotten My Password

If you have forgotten your password, you have two options. You can request a new password to be sent to your registered email address, or you can generate a temporary login code to access your account without a password.

I Cannot Access My Account

If you have tried resetting your password but are still unable to log in, please contact us directly at support+help@reignofblood.net and we will help you recover access to your account.

I Have A Billing Or Payment Question
