Long story short, his bones have been scattered around Reign of Blood, and let's just say, he wants to be reassembled. Halloween RumbleThis will be our second live public test run of the new Coven Conflict: Rumble first introduced in the summer. There have been some changes and tweaks for this second run which should resolve the issues from the first run. About Coven Conflict: Rumble Rumble is a three-day event that all covens are automatically entered into. As Rumble progresses, covens will be knocked out until there is just one glorious winner. On Rumble: Day 1, every coven will automatically be entered and will fight for Rumble Exp. The highest 5 scoring covens will move onto day 2 - all other covens will be knocked out. On Rumble: Day 2, scores are reset and the top 5 covens from day 1 once again fight for Rumble Exp. The top 3 covens who earned the most Rumble Exp on this day will move to the day 3 final, the bottom 2 covens will be knocked out. On Rumble: Day 3 (final day), scores are reset and the 3 final covens will again fight it out. The coven with the highest Rumble Exp on this final day will be victorious. How Does Rumble Work? Rumble Exp is earned by using the special Rumble Arena - similar to Brawl - to attack targets. Also like Brawl, Rumble Exp bonuses (both static and dynamic) will be available to maximise your coven's Rumble Exp. Your Rumble Exp resets at the end of each day when covens outside the top 5 on day 1 and outside the top 3 on day are knocked out. If a coven is knocked out, they will be unable to proceed further in that Rumble. Covens are given 1995 Rumble Turns to allocate to their coven members as they see fit. They can be allocated before and during the Rumble and do work similarly to Brawl Turns. Keep in mind, each coven has 1995 Turns to allocate throughout the entire 3-day Rumble - no more Turns will be given. Each day of the Rumble will have its own score which is reset at the end of each day. No score from the previous day will carry on to the next day. A coven's goal to win the Rumble is to maximise every Turn earning as much Rumble Exp as possible, scoring enough to remain in the top 5 on day 1, and top 3 on day 2, and then take the win on the final day 3 with their 1995 Turns total. What's new? Taking into the account feedback I received from the previous Rumble and looking over the data, there have been some changes - and a good amount of behind-the-scenes tweaks - which will take effect in this Rumble. The amount of Rumble Turns each vampire can use has been increased to 666 (my favourite number). There's less emphasis on personal rewards and there will now be various participation rewards rather than rewards solely based on your contributions. The coven rewards have been increased by a good chunk which includes a bonus for Rumble Turns used and amount of operating members that took part in Rumble. I have also reduced the amount of Rumble Turns a coven needs for any reward from 1000 to 666. You can read all about it on the updated Rumble Guide. Coven Rumble will take place on Tuesday 28th October, Wednesday 29th October and Thursday 30th October. Preparations will begin October 25th.
